just so that I can make it to all the sample sales that are not accessible up North. I guess it would be nice to have a job in Asos too… and a small flat in Camden. I’d work 9 - 5 on weekdays and explore the city during weekends. Occasionally, I’d sign up for open mic nights in a pub nearby. Meet new people, make new friends. I wouldn’t need to earn much because to me, all the mentioned above would be ‘living the dream’. I suppose that is one of my ‘Life principles’: either earn less doing what you love and be happy whilst getting by or earn more/loads doing what you feel apathetic towards (and once you have enough, quit and do the former).
But then again, I can’t leave home just yet. I have a sister who is 15 and full of angst. I can’t exactly leave a hormonal teenager to a father with high blood pressure without a dent in my moral conscience now can I?
The worst kind of people in the World are the ones who say or do things to intentionally hurt someone. What’s more painful isn’t their ridiculous actions or words they spew out but rather their intention. I guess in the end, we should be wary of people we love the most as in front of them, we are the most vulnerable.
On Saturday, I had my first OOR live experience and it seriously was amazing! This is my favourite video that I captured that night as it portrays the love between the band and its fans. I was in awe how well they interacted with the crowd and I could tell that Taka was very touched when the fans got their signs up in the air. The venue itself was quite small but I thought it made it that much more personal. It was perfect :’)
